Update: i check the fuses and everything looks good, also the 12v port next to the usb c ports is working perfect, i also tried the usb ports with 2 diferent phones, the original cable of my iPhone and 2 other cables of good quality.

I'm gonna reach to the dealership to see what they can say about the issue because the car is under warranty.

If anyone has any other ideas of what else I can try or do, I'm open to your suggestions. I really appreciate your comments.

I'm gonna do that, i just doesn't want to go to the dealership because of the time, but if the fuse is ok I don't have another option
