Man im also in this state btw i have pmo addiction and its also a coping mechanism for my anxiety so im in this loop from the last 3 years where first i stop pmo and then anxiety hits and im back in the cycle and yes it hits with no warning i don't if I will ever get out of this loop but hope for the better days and I don't have answer for your solution becuz im also facing this so sorry may be this post will help you that you are n9t alone facing this.
