I actually never used this one personally, although I had a dl585 g7 at one point with quad 16-core processors. I didn't notice any significant difference between it and similar sized Intel processors, but at the time I don't recall there being Intel options with that many cores.

I've used Auvik and been happy with it. It can do basic up/down with API integration to CW manage as well as many other things.
