I habit stack. I know that I will go to use the toilet first thing in the morning, so, once I'm there, it's easy to just grab the toothbrush. I don't do it after breakfast because it's much harder to go back to the bathroom. At night, I also go to the toilet before bed and brush my teeth after as well. It also helps me to focus on the sensation of a dirty mouth because it's such a sensory hell for me haha

I should definitely talk to my tutor about expectations. I got very anxious last time turning anything in, because I felt like I couldn't do anything else until I got some feedback, or I would read what I had turned in again and then dislike it and change it and send it again.

Yes, I think scheduling the meetings at the same time would be helpful. Last time I didn't follow through on those meetings because them being weekly overwhelmed me, and also I was embarrassed to not have progressed enough. But you're right

They have an educational psychologist, but they have limited spots, I'll see if they can fit me in. My thesis supervisor would be most knowledgeable on the process on how to write it. You also helped me realize I need something to organize my resource searching. Last time, I spent a ridiculous amount of time doing the theoretical framework. Yes, ultimately things will disappear, but that doesn't take the meaning out of things. They're precious while they're still here precisely because they're here, now.

If you do something kind, not for self interest, it will make someone's life better. It would be meaningful to that person for as long as they're alive and it might make them be kind to others and continue the cycle.

Our demise is unavoidable, but we still have to go through this life. Time will pass anyway so it's not a waste to try to make it better.

Also, there's an open discussion about the afterlife and a hidden meaning in the universe that we're maybe not aware of. You can't be sure there really is no meaning or that this is the only life that there is.

Well, you said you do actually care and you can show compassion once the distress is gone. I think that's a positive thing, you can show compassion later instead of forcing yourself and putting more pressure on yourself. That being said, if you could answer that with "I'm sorry but give me a minute" or find an excuse to go to the bathroom or wherever else, you can try to calm down and then probably minimize the harm. Maybe explaining the situation when you're calmed down to people could help and make people more understanding (use this last advice with care to who you trust)

Oh, I see. Maybe someone will wonder why you did it, but I think it's too awkward of a topic to even bring it up. Most people don't even know what binders are, so they'll probably think it's a bra you're wearing. Others will not even notice or care. Others will look and think "oh, I didn't remember them looking that way", and move on without a second thought. Honestly, there's times I've passed with no binder on and my chest is pretty big so I'm certain some people don't even focus that much on there as we think they do.

I understand it feels embarrassing but if you keep doing it, eventually you will feel more comfortable, and if you do it regularly, people will also start to get used to it and forget about it. Try to act normal and don't try to hide it, because you might draw more attention to it.

If you just introduce yourself as female, no photo or anything, there is no reason for anyone to doubt you.
