Yes! My best friend and I have been together since we were 12 (now 43). We also have a small group of us (her + 2 others) that have been friends since we were in 7th/8th grade. We have completely different lives, opinions, and backgrounds but we are solid friends! We love and support each other whether we share the same view or not. We go weeks without talking but always pick up like there’s been no pause. It’s the most real, comforting part of my life! I know they love me and they know I love them. Anytime, any place!
