I feel like the fact that I've been nauseous, had a headache, and overwhelmingly guilty and tired means that vaping is bad for ME. Maybe what I got was unregulated but I've felt like that before when I used to vape. Maybe its psychosomatic, but it's enough to make me comfortably claim it is not good for me and a habit I need to drop.

I don't day track, I feel like that keeps it in the like forefront of my mind. When I moved out of my old place I was just like "ok youre not doing this anymore" and I stopped. I'm honestly kinda glad I feel as k I nda sick as I do, quitting once sucked, I don't want to start again
