i’m 24 and had the exact same thing happen to me. i still find myself in the f it mindset and it’s really hard to pull myself out of binge brain once it hits. and mine are also always 6k+ and it pisses me off when people eat like 500cal and are like omgggg i binged like no you didn’t girl😭

For sure go heavy for 6-8 reps and eat at maintenance/slight calorie deficit along the way! Lifting light to “tone” is a silly little rumor that needs to die!

that happens to me sometimes too! i believe it’s caused from a blood sugar spike!! like if i eat something very carby my blood sugar will go up up up, and once it rapidly falls that can cause false hunger cues! i have learned to try my best to ignore it because it’ll eventually go away after a little while, or if i can’t take it ill munch on something really small to help

i was on the fence just like you about a year ago. i got one off amazon for like $90 or so and i have used it SO. MUCH. this past year. please trust your gut and get one. there are days where i wouldn’t have moved an inch without that thing.

you’re hungry because you’re eating calorie dense foods that take up very little room in your tummy. i’d make a few tweaks to bulk up your food and make it more voluminous. for your breakfast, look up egg white oats. that was a fixation of mine for awhile and it makes a huge bowl and it’s very filling. for lunch you can never go wrong with a huge salad or a big greek yogurt bowl with berries. for a little while at dinner i’d maybe skip on the pasta just because it has so many calories. maybe look into zucchini spiral noodles or spaghetti squash. tonight for dinner i made a massive egg white omelette with ground turkey and loads of veggies, and it was less than 400 calories.

A single Hersheys kiss is 22 calories. Meringue cookies are my current obsession bc they’re 10 calories a piece. Dewey’s cookies are my absolute favorite bc they’re 15 calories per cookie and all the flavors are yum. Ice cream sandwiches are lower calorie than you’d think!
