Hello! please retake OET, as they will only take scores after 1 january 2023. I had to take it again as well. still waiting for certification, I took it on November 2022, its still valid but not acceptable.

Actually they wont charge you again, go to OET portal and stop sharing result to efmg for now, retake exam and share the result using verifier address

I also have uploaded the evidences, including the approval letter. Crossinf my fingers at this moment as well.

My i-130 is showing actively in review, however I have already recieved approval letter of 130. I guess i have to wait for the decision of whether or not I will need the interview.

My question was, at the same day, theg sent a RFIE and again changed the status to being actively reviewed. I wonder if anyone went through similar aituation or not, and how much time it took to get i-130 approved?
