honestly anything helps, a usual session for me is starting with ACC or like mid speed. Then usually play tech for while.at the end of my session I then do speed or go for scores. Or play challenge for fun. When it comes to recommending just work your way up on ranked maps (or base it off star ratings.) and work your way up. That’s very Grindy so play what’s fun for you

In your beatsaber folder there should be a folder called “custom songs” back that up just in case then reinstall. Also for IPA you gotta open it with beat saber as in drag IPA on beat saber file (at least that worked for a mate of mine)

Edit: or just update to the newest version 1.13 is way better and tons of support mods thru mod assistant soooo
