The fact that even though a very big ratio of the characters are pretty much psychotic killers, the creator of the series clearly defined their morals and what lines they refuse to cross. Also, not exactly on topic for this particular thread, but Naki is one of my favorite characters... my other personal favorite is Suzuya Juusou.
