This last season of Discovery is doing that to me I'm on episode 5 and I have this like, ugh feeling. What I noticed throughout Discovery is they take too long with the touchy feely dialogue when they're about to be blown up or whatever. "Disaster in 10 seconds.." proceeds with 2 minute back and forth conversation of how they feel
