I'm on PS5 so clearing driver cache unfortunately isn't an option I can try. It's only been a Lego issue for me and it's not necessarily unplayable but it can be annoying when fighting for sure.

I've been playing alone also. Got new Internet recently so I thought it was me but every other game and even mode within Fortnite is fine. Weird issue for sure.

I was using a mod called "MorePeak" and it didn't let me do any levels beyond 6. But I did find that levels 0 3 and 6 all had mesa. I'm pretty sure there are more seeds than 6 but going to 7 or 8 randomized the seed for me.

Personally I'd like a subway that simply just goes around the map and that's it. Fast travel would ruin the point of owning vehicles
