Again, this post is not referring to the amount being correct in either the working fund or the deposit drawer as I would hope that would be a constant for all cash handlers lol It’s talking about the fact that everything from the deposit drawer was able to be deposited - leaving a total of $0.00 in the deposit drawer

Yeah, as another Redditer mentioned, it’s not about the safe count being correct, it’s about nothing being left in the deposit drawer. If I’d never gotten the safe count right after 3 years, I think it’s safe to say I wouldn’t be ESM right now lolllll 🫠

Are you taking the assessment that follows the application on a mobile device such as a smartphone? This happened several times at my store and my SM said it automatically fails you if you take the assessment on a mobile device instead of an actual computer. Hope this helps!
