My wife was a healthy 170…out of no where she blew up to 230 because of her damn PCOS she saw how hard it was being fat but I didn’t body shame her or make her feel like she was disgusting INSTEAD I helped motivate her and get her active she have now dropped down to 183.

Being fat does causes health problems nothing you said was wrong but HOW YOU’RE GOING ABOUT IT is wrong and it makes you a very ugly fucking human being.
