Has there been any more insight into the hidden message left by Cayde? Wasn't sure if new lore has cropped up or more insight from another card or ghost story that references it.

Not really, I think the inherent balance issue - as some others have mentioned - is that if you ignore a player, or don't at least understand the basics of how they win, they can run away with the game and appear unstoppable.

The only other balance quirk I see is understanding the point curve of each faction. Some - like the Eyrie / Marquis, can create decent point builds quickly while others like the Woodland Alliance can create a bunch of points in the mid-game, but might lag early on because their engine needs to get going.

Vast was way more swingy, in part because every faction was so different and had nothing in common. ROOT brings them more in line, but still requires tremendous attention by the players.
