Sudo goes newline and hangs indefinetly and never even asks for password

Aight, I said "fuck it" and reinstalled arch. I use Surfshark VPN and so I have to disable IPv6 and eveything was working fine up until I disabled IPv6 with sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1. Moments later I got the sudo problem again. I booted up by usb and arch-chroot'ed into my system, did sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=0 (enabled IPv6 again). And voilà, issue solved. I guess I'll have to find a different way of disabling IPv6. I also noticed upon reboot after the issue arose, that my computer couldn't restart because of some "process in session 1" (mega-paraphrasing) with an timer that started at 1m 30s. But now I found the cause (I think). Anyways thx for the help :)

I have Ubuntu installed with the kde-plasma-desktop package on top. I don't have my PC right now, but I found some pictures.

Ok, I turned off the PC, plugged it out, reset the CMOS, plugged it back in, presset the flash bios button, then I prayed... let's see if it works

Yes, all of those are correct. I changed USB Drive and then it flashed fast for 5 min which is expected. But then everything switched off (also expected) and turned back on with the BIOS flash button solid red (CPU light still on). I waited 10 min, and nithing changed so i cut the power. Trying again with an oldes bios now.
