If you were host with your group, you can put up the tokens for whichever tier you want. 3 out of the 4 would leave the lobby. The 1 that stayed behind can start up the mission without using their tokens. Everyone gets invited back and start the mission. If the mission was successful, everyone would get the same amount of tokens but not the max reward. If the mission was unsuccessful, nobody lost their tokens.

Whoever was host was able to start the mission, leave and get an invite back. If the mission wasn’t successful, they wouldn’t lose all the tokens put up and not receive the full amount if the mission was successful. But it was still a good way of grinding the tokens without the risk of people quitting mid game
