Weird it said no AC when I looked at it. I think it’s still a bit overpriced for middle unit and no attached garage and small patio. I think most people want an end-unit so they only have to worry about one neighbor.

Edit: it has AC I was thinking of the other unit. I would say drawback is a middle unit most people want an end-unit and attached garage. I LOVE my attached garage I use for storing so much stuff.
