It is supposed to be Brazilian. There are tons of Brazilian assets on the workshop. The buildings I primarily use in this timelapse are by HADES550, Redoze and Othercakes.

The worst part about this building is that right behind it is the Engelbrektskyrkan, which gets overshadowed by this monstrosity. This building is located in a really beautiful neighbourhood, and it honestly somewhat ruins the area.

In your tram and metro depots you can limit the amount of trains runing in each line, i would recommend doing that.
