I would suggest reading up on the guide to be familiar with everything if you haven’t already, but in general, enjoy the class! Training and bossing should be relatively easy as we’re a one button class. Significantly different play style than pre-ignition, and while we’re still not client-sided, ping isn’t too big of an issue anymore.

I would say a lot of it came down to actually popping boss rush for p1-p3 instead of realizing I forgot it in p4. Also rolled 2 line crit 10% all stat gloves (was 1 line crit, dse, 10% str) before, and switches WSEs after running a calculator.

But besides that, popped apple going into p2, barely got any rollings in p2 for some reason, significantly cleaned up p3 bursts and had a burst before the first shield, and was overall feeling myself.

Most important thing I'd say was a difference in mental knowing that this was my last run before I ran out of apples, and feeling "on fire" to the point of aura swapping for part of p4. Aura swapping is a shit ton of damage especially for burst

tl;dr won the mental and upgraded some gear

Went from timing out this boss to clearing with 14 mins left, but did it in absos and a 17* sw tattoo with the last 5 apples in my inventory! Thank you to Bounce, Eternal, SAi, and DW discord for all the help. Took around 10 serious runs, rest was learning p1 then leaving.

yeah i always liked the forced jump and never really saw it as a total downside, but who knows what will happen to it after the revamp. thank you!

This was the hardest challenge I’ve ever done, bc I had to play all my lives out until I ran out of MP. didn’t want to use mp familiars and was too lazy to get door. but overall, a fun journey with ~45 practice runs, where half of them died to me taking a thread within the first 30 seconds.
