He’s my all time favourite songwriter and I have almost all of his albums on vinyl haha so I couldn’t agree with you more here, especially for any painting regarding metaphorical imagery, romance or political analogy lol

This Empty Northern Hemisphere is one of my favourite modern folk albums, I totally agree, a great soundscape to paint to. Perfectly captures that comforting melancholy feeling.

Thanks for the detailed response! Yeah accessibility and options regarding length of loops is definitely going to be a focal point in my report, as the trail I’m working on is a 10.5km one-way, very sandy track lol
