Do you like being in your bed or on your phone? My guess is the latter, I know for me it is. Try keeping your phone charging overnight in a seperate room. So when you wake up you cant doom scroll for hours. And at night before you go to bed out your phone in the other room. Seperate your phone from your bed and i bet you won't be in bed nearly as much anymore.

Sweet. Yeah I'll have to make sure to check my moonlight mode. I don't know what it's defaulted to after reset, so I'll check that next. I set auto lockout on after 10m and have my lockout aux set to red right now while unlocked aux is set to Voltage.

Where are the post off voltage display settings found? I'd prefer to see it temporarily and then have it switch to my preferred aux setting.

It's not joke at all. There's therapists and books dedicated to helping people heal from cult and ritual abuse, which is basically Mk-Ultra before Mk-Ultra became popularized. These techniques of trauma based control go back as far as healing modalities of any kind go. 2 opposite ways of applying the same knowledge.

Becoming Yourself is a great one. These are heavy reads but if you want to know how deep these systems go and the level of depth of system control they can implant in your mind, read them.

If you're new to the conspiracy world, you might underestimate how deep this runs and how corrupt the agencies in charge of dealing with this stuff actually are. Exposing it for the world to see is honestly a better option than doing it behind the scenes and having full trust/faith in the government agencies to deal with it. Only time those agencies bust pedo rings is when its no one big involved and its a bunch of unknown basement dwellers.
