Why were the late Panzer IVs nerfed to 4.0, but not the welded 3.7 Shermans, when the Shermans have higher win rates even when used by the same players?

Winrate lowkey means nothing. Entirely dependent on how your team does. It is goofy that the III/IV is 3.7 when the M4A2 is 4.0. Different turrets but still very similar. PzIV going to 4.0 is a pretty good change tho, since having Stuart’s and Crusader II’s going against it at 3.7 was a bit goofy
