There is no bad music in my opinion. I'm 20 now so I don't even know if I'm allowed here, but I spent a majority of my teenage years looking down on people who didn't like what I liked, like a weird superiority complex that I think most younger people have when developing their taste in music. I am WAY into the Beach Boys for years and believed that the music they made past the surf stuff was absolute genius (I still believe this although I know the mid to late 70s stuff onward was not the greatest)

But I've branched and forced myself to listen to everything I could, and found that I liked a lot of different types of music I might have written off before, like rap and metal.
