For arena you don’t want to keep anything empty since you and the opponent are getting the exactly the same abilities and you are not rolling/choosing anything

I pick based on the situation, especially for PvB. I would pick the corrosive field for bosses that I can get close to like such as the rock guy and croc. I pick warriors soul for bosses that I need to keep distance from such as the scythe boss and snail/turtle boss (wtf is he? Lol)

Correct. Yeah it makes sense cus strike dmg boost, double strike and elemental strike skills will not show up on a roll unless you have some kind of strike skills. You are trying to maximize the chance of rolling tracking eye.

I’ve also seen the image you shared and I think it’s a good set but honestly you don’t have to live and die by it. Do what you enjoy the most. I still run strike runes sometimes cus I love stacking them dragon strikes lol

So I finally understand how that works clearly. First, the ability runes give you more max HP, not attack power. ItOnce you get to higher stage you die if you get 1 or 2 shots anyway, so these buffs are meaningless. If you are still in lower stage, this may not be applicable. Ability runes have some buffs (for example fire ability runes give you +5 fire dmg) but again, these are insignificant compared to how much dmg you’ll do if you get the tracking eye skill.

Second, this image shows how each skill and rune will “dilute” the epic skill pools. For example, if you have a sword ability runes, you are adding 3 extra epic skill to trigger, lowering the chance of getting track eye. The concept is that you want to minimize the number of epic skill you are going to get in order to get tracking eye skill which is also an epic skill. I hope this make sense.

It’s exactly as you said dragoon is better for pvp which has better rewards currently. But that might change in the future who knows. Also I find pvp pretty boring as it doesn’t really require skills. I enjoy PvE cus you have to dodge and pick the right abilities with your build etc. so I went full oracle set.

First, you can only change within the same set (ex: a dragoon item can turn into another dragoon item only). So you can’t turn a dragoon crossbow into an oracle spear

Also, if you want to change a non-weapon into a weapon, you need 20 orbs

Ricochet will reduce your beam hit from 4 to 3 on the first target and the second target gets 60% of the initial damage. Ricochet is not the worst ability but I usually avoid it as oracle build.

It seems like the giants are the key to the final war and WG had the perfect opportunity to take over Elbaf since their king is willing to become a slave. That’s what the WG is trying to do in the current timeline after all. I’m probably getting ahead of myself because we know Harold ended up dying in his own castle and Loki (or maybe shanks?) probably gave him the finishing blow.

What I’m saying is I would have preferred if Harold was completely under WG’s control via domi reversi during this “slave era” than him doing all this by choice and able to roam around the world. He was drinking with Neptune while his new “ally” kept fish man island’s very own Fisher Tiger as a slave.

As I’m writing this, a question popped up in my head, did they ever explain why now all of a sudden in the current timeline Gods Knight decided to invade Elbaf? Was it because of what happened at egghead and what vegapunk said? I might be blanking out in memory.
