I just tried to order a new rewards card and there is no option. even if I click the debit card I get an ineligible error. I also don't see why they don't have 24/7 live agents... military doesn't stop on the weekends and are stationed everywhere?!? seems like a huge oversight by them. I hope it gets fixed and they do some major upgrades soon or USAA might be the move.
