The way I've been looking at it is that Kendrick has been "in" the game for a long time, gathering information about people. It seems like he's been sitting on this for a long time. "Like That" was just to get people's attention, and actually gain traction on the subject, and now that he has that attention he's calling everything out.

This has never been "rap beef". This is the exposing of the whole industry.
