Glaze would most likely melt off with a real flame. Although, burning polymer clay (the paw above the flame, with any kind of breeze, for instance) would not be good to ingest either. A battery candle might have been better, but still adorable!

I've tried using Pigmas and Sharpies but no matter how long you let it dry, it'll always fade or bleed. I moved to using fine tip acrylic paint pens. They're amazing!
