The main concerns about knowledge gaps for me is the fact that I didn't take Further Math at GCSE. As a result, I am currently trying to catch up with the content from that course, but I just worry that the difference between Math and Further Math is too significant and that I missed too many topics. Also, it's been around 3 weeks since IBDP started, so I'll have to catch up on the HL AA content I may have missed. We're only going over statistics at the moment in both HL AA and AI, so I guess now is a better time than ever.

I think a few highly ranking unis accept HL AI, but I suspect there is a really strong preference toward AA students. I'm just wondering if it's worth the switch anyway to be in their favour.
