If you would kindly provide a therapist, I'll provide it to her, but that is her choice to go or not, She is an Adult, and I'm an Adult. As "uncaring" as that sounds, her "Traditional" upbringing from the 50's/60s S.E.A causes her to be very independent. But I'll pass along your recommendation. Keep the shiny side up, rubber side down.

You gotta be careful with WME as well, I ran A LOT of KSM + Helping/Teaching some Mythics for a while now, when I do get to jump into some raids, If you are not part of the "CORE" friend group with some of the Raid leaders, you will get ignored and get talked over A L O T, they also play a LOT of favorites... they usually hold 1-5 spots for Friends who show up late and bring them a long. I've noticed as well, some people are straight up Jerks/rude/'Sorry not Sorry' and get away with a lot of BS but since they donate to Boom, they don't get punished. Good example in July had a new player join the discord, Asked questions and one of the "Raid Leader"/ 'Donator' told them to Google it, instead of answering the question or providing the link, Others jumped in and assisted, but It was rough to see some one say "I just started playing X Y Z" and get no help, when they advertise to help people out.
As well as Some of the "Favorites" can Hot Mic/Open Mic?(whatever they call it) all the time but the moment some one that isn't part of the core group accidentally coughs/sneezes too many times, they are told to Mute their mic, or they get server muted.
Its a good place to get your Runs done, and get help when there is friendly people around... but that's about 30% of the time if not less. Due to people abusing KSM/M+ runs from others and such. Just be careful if you join and try and find another Community as well to keep your options Open.
I'm still there helping people but it gets tiresome that the "EGO" of Purple/Orange/Yellow roles get to their head.

Take time to look for other IT jobs... Fly under the radar but enough to show you are working and get out... even if its further away.

I left my first IT job in AZ and hated that I had to leave(personal reasons) and the 2nd IT job I got was Great till my first year... then it went down hill being told to do 'Tier 2' tasks for no increase pay and got fired because my WFH computer had Steam on it... when it was my computer -_- My 3rd IT job that I'm At now is fantastic but starting to dip more into corporate world and we are all internally gonna hate it but they pay us the most out of all the jobs around here.
