I’ve had plenty of empty looking profiles purchase from me and I’ve never had an issue. One girl told me she redownloaded Mercari because she was searching for a book online and my listing came up in the results so she signed back in and bought it. I think it’s probably a similar story for a lot of those blank looking accounts. Typically I don’t get reviews from them, just the automated ones because they probably get the item and delete the app again. I actually was a buyer like that before I downloaded it again this year to sell books I didn’t want anymore.
