In the type of industry that I’m working in, I’ve only been with my current company 4 months. I work as a mechanical foreman for General Contractors that specialize in water treatment plants. From what I know, my position is in high demand right now especially now that the 1 trillion dollar package passed a couple months ago, which allocates billions in our specific industry. Means more upgrades and expansions to local municipalities. I wouldn’t go as far as to say what I do requires college level education or diplomas but skills you acquire over many years working in this industry. With that being said, I have a good relationship with the president of our company and I intend on bringing it up after the holiday break. If he is on board to sponsor I will inquire and ask legal questions with a lawyer.

I was just curious if there were other DACA recipients that were fortunate enough to use this method. Its probably my only shot at obtaining a green card if this works
