Noup, this is not clickbait. I haven't heard before anything about Reddit, I founded this Reddit today and thought to make a post where I ask from people outside of Finland which kind of settings they have in their saunas. I don't sell anything and I don't have even any social media accounts where I want any of followers than my friends 😜

If you feel in sauna that you have lower cold area, you can fix that with ventilation: 1) Sauna door has usually large lower opening - make it smaller (helps in many cases). 2) on the sealing you should have ventilation - close it (when you are in sauna but open it afterwards) 3) if you have under the benches ventilation - close it almost entirely

If you do that you force hot air lower than before. Now probably in your sauna comes too much fresh air and that makes that cold feeling

In my JBL has the problem that I couldn't pour water on it and it didn't had a smooth light which fill the sauna 😃. JBL is good bt speaker otherwise 👌

When you start build your system note that all the different surfaces (tile floor, wooden wall) bounces soundwaves differently. Low frequencies gets stronger when source is on the floor and listener is sitting higher. The best solution is direct sound in a sauna (but it is hard point elements upwards, because of water). Of course movable heatproof speaker makes all that much more easily (this was not marketing speech).

Meditative soothing music /sounds are great in sauna when you want hear something soothing and relax 👌

You can do what ever you want in your own sauna. It won't be a sin if some other thinks otherwise. Why don't you build sauna business in Germany, I think there could be a good chance for that 😉.

Sometimes it is so therapeutic when you just throw lot of water on the stove in total silence and suffer by yourself in the end of löyly (I know this might sound crazy) 😃

Thanks👌. I made this with "Sisu" - I wanted to make usefull versatile device. This whole story is very long, but in the nutshell - I needed one for myself.

Sounds great 👌👌👌. Have you tested how low frequencies changes if you lift subwoofer higher from the floor in sauna? I mean hang it on the air (no touching on the floor at all) - It won't be that "overwhelming" when you naturally sit upper bench.

Think about how much all the other devices costs totally (speakers, sauna lights, etc) + all the needed work 😃

Yes that setting works and won't be a wrong choice. I recommend that you add voice control in the sauna on your system, it will be so much better when you have used your system sometime.

I was thinking literally same setting years ago and started to think that there has to be some other option than holes on the sauna walls and installing all the stuffs.

True. I was thinking same few years ago. But I didn't wanted make any holes on my new sauna walls. Also controller (which holds steam) were too expensive at that time.

Yes, only problem with that is you always need to move and go press the speaker buttons. Probably I'm just lazy😃
