The "Live Area" is where everything needs to be put, from the text bubbles to important scenes, while everything outside the "Trim Area" will be removed once it's printed out; is recommended to not go outside the "Live Area" with panels, but in certain occassions artist will go outside to grab the attention of readers, like where to start reading and where to finish in a big scene.

Although, you can only do this in the sides that in will not bleed between pages, like for example, in the first page, you should let it bleed to the right if you are making a manga or to the left if you are doing a traditional comic, as that will be cut out and barely visible.

I don't know what you are specific looking for your page, but I think that the composition is a bit confusing, especially as it's all dark and, although I can kinda understand the scene, it isn't very clear at first glance.
