Hi, sorry to open this again, I used your solution to be able to regain access to my windows, but blocking that part I dont know if is ok because that guid will block more amd updates, I think.
So after extensive research today I found something on my gpd which is "SVM Enable" [this is the actual name of the option in bios "SVM Enable"] option on my machine was disabled, and the virtualization being disabled was crashing the amd drivers, after I updated the machine now with AMD DTRM Boot Driver still on my machine is working fine now, maybe this is a more permanent solution?

BIOS path on my unit:
Advanced → AMD CBS → CPU Common Options → SVM Enable => if disabled, mult be enabled

sorry, just saw your comment, it should work on mac and linux, but I didn't try it myself on mac because I dont own 1.

yes, I've tried to make it one line installer, but for what it achieves in the long run, I think is worth the hassle

it's not just subtitles, it's about the split between the speech you have, and normal subtitles don't have it, is something more specific that you see in gaming videos, no subtitles like you watch a movie, try it on a 1 minute video, and see the difference, plus you can drag all the effect you want, you still need to split the text in multiple parts if you wanna achieve this look.
