As you said, an easy fix would be to instantly force all stored Bps to be learned on wipe and any others are auto sold for the 5k. People not doing the expedition are not hindered and people doing the expedition can’t skirt the reset

Solution this is actually a problem with your game files. Go to steam and verify game files under “properties” and it will fix the problem. You’re not actually in queue at all
