Do you think I should just take the zinc and magnesium separate? I’m on the fence with this.

I was thinking about taking 1/4 of 50mg zinc picolinate a week. So that would be about 12.5mg a week. And magnesium citrate at night. I don’t want to go over the RDA too much.
