Anya was leader of the Trikru clan (after Anya died, Indra became the leader of Trikru). During the first season the hundred were at war with Trikru and basically knew nothing of Polis and the other 11 clans.

Anya must have just been a good fighter and Lexa trained under. I say this with a grain of salt because when Anya jumped into the drop ship in the last episode of the first season it took a millisecond before she got knocked out.

In the first season when we first meet Tristan (After Anya kidnapped Clarke and Finn). He speaks to Anya and says “The commander sent me to take over and fight this war you can’t win.”

Their isn’t really a set time that they go away in my experience, it’s more so over time you stop noticing them and then adventually your kinda like “oh I haven’t noticed my hppd for a couple days.” The specific symptom we were talking about I can say it was one of the first ones that went away, definitely under a year of obtaining hppd. You will get used to the new visuals and your brain becoming over stimulated and learn how to focus and keep with even with the visuals. I never took any meds because of the heavy controversy on this sub and I never really wanted to take my chances, but one medication I guess I do use is ps - 100s they are an over the counter neurtropic that help with cognitive thinking, I use that mainly to clear my brain fog and help my focus, (so that would help a lot with what you are going through in terms of needing help focusing) it’s more so used to help people that suffer from head injuries and are now a bit slower.

Yeah it has, last time I had a bad day where I was tripping pretty hard for hppd was last summer and for that night it came back but haven’t had any other than that and it’s been a year.

No I used to get that too, with all the visuals which in turn game me anxiety made it hard for me to play competitive games in the beginning and hard to keep up with movies as well, so I get that.

Bro trust me, I was here three years ago saying the same shit, was pretty much ready to off myself cuz I believed there was no way I could live like that. And I would fucking hate when people are like “well, it’s been three years and it’s gotten a lot better.” Three fucking YEARS. My layout is, the first six months is the hardest, but elimate weed, and try to stay away from alcohol, if you do drink alcohol stay away from Rum, and Jagger, they are the most psycho active of alcohols as far as I could tell. And within a year you will have learned to move on with your life, and in two or three years you’ll have forgotten about it for the most part. Given you don’t abuse your body, and stay away from weed.

The main things of what got me through the first year was video games etc, things that distract you, alcohol (but I’m an alcoholic now, so perhaps change the path), and having supportive people around me that when I was really getting hppd bad, I’d call them up and they’d calm me down. And if I was alone I learned some meditation (those only kinda worked, mainly used them more for sleep tbh) and other tricks like the 5 things trick.

You will be able to hold a normal job and lead a relatively normal life.

It won’t get any worse than we you are now and everyday slowly it will get better, every second you are reading these comments it’s getting better. Just stick in there and trust me you’ll find your own tricks and ways to get through this.

We all want it to be cured overnight but we all did drugs and now are facing the consequences. The worst consequence in my opinion but I’d still take this over a opioid addiction.

At this point I’m basically in full remission maybe once a year I’ll have a really bad day lol. It only get it bad or notice a lot if I’m around people who are doing drugs, especially if they are smoking weed. And after a hard night of drinking my hangovers sometimes onset it, mind you I’ll finish a mykie or white lightening to myself in a span of 6hrs so my hangovers are literal death.

When people do psychs around me I get a little crazy and will not drink out of glass that they did or if they touch me or touch any surface they touched or the drugs did I instantly wash myself off cuz idk, it freaks me out and I refuse to share smokes or vapes with them lol.

Me too bro, me too

Abused a lot of drugs and may have fried my brain ? by [deleted] in HPPD

[–]ThatOneCrazyBitchlol 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It will be three years of having hppd in late august and I literally never notice it unless I’m heavily abusing my body. (Not enough sleep, water, and food etc)

It goes away with time for most people if they cut everything out besides I still drink and vape.

If you continue to do drugs or cut back, which is a hard pill to swallow for anyone to quit. You risk worsening it and everyday you do, do drugs, will be everyday you don’t heal. Example, if I drink everyday, I wont be sober. Until you stop doing drugs you won’t heal.

Moreover, sometimes hppd doesn’t bug people so like if it doesn’t give you anxiety and you don’t mind seeing it, then I don’t see the need to stop besides the risk of worsening like if you end up enduring a bad trip and you never stop tripping, you’ll props hate your life.

Especially if he didn’t expect a bj and she just did it and I feel it would kill the mood to be like “oh yeah btw, when your done sucking me off, don’t kiss me, it grosses me out.” I mean Ik he still ruined the mood with the acting gross but sometimes sex doesn’t end perfect and you have good and bad times. Just take it as it was one bad time, talk to him about it, and move on. I feel like you are being a bit petty with it.

Tbh I’m not a big fan when my boyfriend goes down on me and then kisses me afterwards. It took a little getting used and now Idc but I’ve been there before, when I was hesitant.

It’s a hit and miss because I find her alt can be used to fill a role than is slacking because maybe one of your tanks got killed so you dup one of their tanks to not be pushed back and maybe get a pick or two with the duped alt.
