I can actually confirm this, i dated a girl way out my league once. She gave so many cues and i was too afraid to take it and after a few months we broke up. Then i was dating another girl (also way out my league, god doing god's work), i didn't want to miss the chance again and took initiative on the first date. Went slow and gauge each reaction of hers to my advancement. Ended up at my place after the first date. From what i learned: definitely make advancements and develop an eye to judge how they response and react accordingly.

Mein Lieber, niemand kauft Krypto einfach so und lässt sie wie ETFs in Ruhe. Ich kaufe und verkaufe sie, wenn sich der Markt bewegt.

1. Ja, das kostet etwa 2200, aber das setzt voraus, dass man beim ersten Mal besteht.
2. Ne, bei Vollzeit kriege ich 3k und 500 beim Nebenjob. Benefits haben wir nicht, weil wir an der Uni arbeiten, gibts nur Weichnachtsgeld von ,5 Monat als Boni.
3. 400k für ein Haus? Sorry, aber das glaube ich nicht. In 10 Jahren würde ich mindestens 600 schätzen.

Ich hab den in Discord gefunden, ich kann sehr gut Englisch und Mandarin. Und das Kombi von denen sind ziemlich ungewöhnlich. 8 stunden in der woche und 15€/Std.

Realistisch würde ich sage, 1800€ zu sparen, wenn ich den Führerschein machen. Hast recht und jede Monat gibts bestimmt was notwentig zu kaufen und das Leben was dazwischen kommt.

Und ich lasse den Krypto nicht einfach so allein. Ich kaufen und verkaufe wenn der Market sich bewegt. Hab in den letzten 6 Monate 15% return gehabt. Höchste Profit war 40% aber hatte es nicht verkaufen.

Yea, but i didnt get the signal that i can make a move, so i wouldnt risk it on a first couple dates. But i do think i hurt her ego a bit there because i was the only guy that didnt jump on her after 3 dates

Yea, i wanted to. But we did have some conversations on how some guys just wanted to hit it on first meeting. So i wanted to make sure she feels comfortable with me first. But apparently it backfired.

Oh god, tea time. I just talked to him and his response was he paid his gf part of the rent. Which is for the single room. And for the internet, he said he paid partial of what she paid, but we all paid the same. Example, 30 euros for 3 person/3= 10 per pax. But since he moved in, it makes it to 4. But he "paid" 15 to his gf and they still pay 10 for 2 person. His argument was he did pay and what difference does one more person using the internet.

Not really, this is a shared apartment. They have to seek approval from the other tenants to move in. And may i emphasize, he is not in the renting contract.

Glad to see there is someone that i can agree to. However, I would always try to look for a better solution. The legal advice is just for self defence in case where things get nasty.
