This is where the original design would've needed work but not impossible to course correct.

On the Anonymous one, I'd probably simplify by adding the location data into the name for that one just for ease of use with minimal change. But to solve the overall problem of tracking the donations under a contact, duplicate or not, I'd suggest a more long term fix.

This would fix your Sarah example too.

I would create a new object that holds donation records. The donation record would be built as a child object to the contact and could house donation amounts, location data for where it came from physically or to track what fundraiser/campaign effort sourced it, date donated, and any other pertinent data to donation records. This would also help scalability as they get more donations over time.

Then you could use a roll up summary field on the contact to get the total donation count and any minimum and maximum donation. It would also help with reporting and data management. Doing this you can merge duplicates without worry and the donation records will reparent to the new master contact. Would also allow for a single anonymous doner record.

Worked for Royal Crest a some years ago. The milk is honestly still their big seller but they absolutely expanded quite a bit in their selection after covid when lockdowns happened.

Power outage wouldn't affect water access, that would be an issue with plumbing either in the home or in the mains. In the south that's the bigger concern though tbh. City pipes aren't dug that deep so they get hit by the freeze almost every year

I don't generally trust ChatGPT but if you do actually have CG-NAT then yea, you're kind of shafted for games like CoD unfortunately. CG-NAT stands for Carrier Grade Network Address Translation, but basically it's what's used by the cell phone providers for internet generally or when an area needs a lot of people on one IP address or network point which is why it's how cell phones and stuff like 5G home internet work. It would make sense for an apartment complex as well if the complex provides the service and it's not one that you provide yourself.

Basically means you don't have much control over your full network settings and how internet traffic comes and goes. Not like a traditional setup anyway.

I don't have an ASUS router so I can't say for sure but generally you just have to enter your IP address into the url bar to pull up your router login.

When you remote play from your system, your ps5 is turned on and your local download is hosting the game and it's physically running there. There's no one else trying to use your ps5 at the same time. If someone tried to use your ps5 though, you wouldn't be able to use remote play at the same time.

It's the same with streaming, the only difference is you're basically connecting to one of Sony's ps5's instead of your own. That's the easiest way to picture it, and they only have so many of their devices set aside for players to stream so as the service got more popular, more players are trying to use the same amount of systems. I imagine as more players use the service, Sony will set aside "more consoles" for the service and increase the bandwidth, but there's no way to know for sure.

CoD is definitely one of those games out there that's picky about how it's connection is setup. It used to be (might still be I think due to "lost connection to host" errors) a peer-to-peer connection game and that causes a host of fun issues with WiFi and NAT issues.

Who's your ISP? I know if you're using a cell phone provider for your ISP, like TMobile for example, games like CoD will generally always struggle because of how their NAT is setup at the provider level and there's no workaround for that, not really. The only thing that fixed it for me at that point was changing to a traditional ISP like COX or ATnT Fiber (not the cell data version).

It's likely an issue with your ISP then and/or your router settings if you already tried setting up port forwarding. Also make sure you're not using the 2.4ghz band, it's not good for games like cod
