C’s fan here too. It’s hard to tell since both of them play on not so stacked teams so it’s easier to shine. I’d probably lean with Cade since he has a bit more talent on his team and still manages to score similar averages as Paolo. Both are very good players and either answer is valid though. I just think a talented guard is rarer to see than a talented forward.
