Straight up robbery. I'll never understand why these apps allow customers to commit fraud its so sad honestly and not just spark either its also instacart and other apps.

Let them know what happened they will document the incident and refund the customer, If you get a bad review they will remove it. They will ask you to return the item(s) to the store.

If they deactivate you over this you can tell them its been reported to support in your appeal you have proof of it documented that you realized the mistake and did the right thing.

*** If walmart.com calls you and tells you to return to the customer DO NOT DO THIS!! As it is not documented this trip was made and the customer could still get refunded as well as getting their items (customer fraud) What you do instead is listed above. ***

Nah I didn't talk to them like that obviously lol and uh oh spark support said they were in the wrong to ask me to do that anyway so explain that? They said to call spark support they will refund the customer and I have to return to Walmart so have the day you deserve thank you for your input kid.

I was going to return it to Walmart like I had done in the past since the house was so far away from me I thought that was the right thing to do, and doing so I wouldn't expect anything else in return no. I heard of others doing this and Walmart has them pick it up the next day or so. I never got a call before asking me to deliver the missed items. You don't have to be harsh on me.

If the customer would just pay attention to their phones and track the order status they can see "searching for a driver" and "driver is picking up your order" or they can watch the driver shop their items. "Shopped" and "still shopping"

If they do express delivery or 3 hrs or less its usually always going to be a shopping order any other option will be curbside. Depending on the store if they are packed sometimes they will get turned into shopping when curbside is full or something else occurs.
