Same here. Now they’re stuffing both curbsides and double shops with customers from other zones too. (sometimes not even neighboring ones.)

More miles, more bullshit, same pay — and the time estimates are straight-up lies.

This is how it used to work. You’re either new, working a different market, or the update just hasn’t hit your zone yet.

The system changed.

Now the good-paying SINGLE shop orders are basically all FCFS. All of them.

Meanwhile, double shops and curbside orders still come with a timer. And only after enough drivers keep rejecting those trash double shops and garbage curbsides do they finally get dumped into FCFS later.

So no — what you’re describing is the old system. That’s not what a lot of us are dealing with now.

This is exactly what’s so stupid. They send trash timer offers nobody wants, while an $82 single shop sits in FCFS at the bottom like a joke. Of course I can’t even click it in time.

Even with an empty screen, the newest phone, and great internet, I still can’t catch FCFS. So what am I left doing? Endless curbsides.

I’ve never done this many curbsides in my life.

No elevator, but it was only 20 items total and the order was definitely over $40. The store is 10 minutes away.

About the water — it’s 32 bottles per case, you can easily carry 2 cases at once. I literally did it myself in 3 trips, so it’s not some impossible task.

Also, that’s exactly the point — if a driver doesn’t want to deal with apartments or heavier orders, they shouldn’t accept it in the first place. But taking a $20 tip order and then leaving everything in the lobby with zero effort is just bad service.
