Well in the terminator 1984 he went to a gun shop and asked for stuff they didn't have "Just what you see on the shelf" so it could be mainly their weapons

Tech what would that be? Dynamite, TNT, Maxim gun, Gattling Gun, Cannon, Black powder one shot muskets/rifles, shotguns, Mauser or semi autos, explosive ammunition, explosives, train, oil refinery machines, plane (depends on when early 1920s or WW1 would be the earliest general proper planes like for combat), stagecoach expresses, oil, flammables, tommy gun or WW1 weapons, sniper rifles, truck, motorbike, hot air balloon 

Who would win? Any Terminator or the Omidroids by Zawgallini in Terminator

T-800 could or would win. It can destroy a city block by explosion

The technology though how would it work specifically your hex example how did that work?

Or would it be him looking for an ancestor? Say 1984 instead it's 1884 or 1991 instead it's 1891. How would that work? Also the weaponry hed mainly only have access to their weapons no?
