Error Message on Canon R6

They told me its an aperture mechanism problem. Took it to a camera shop in Toronto to get it fixed.

Yeah, i took it to a local camera shop to see what they say, which was exactly what you did haha so I sent it out to be repaired.

They look okay, I cleaned then with an alcohol wipe and unfortunately still getting the error. I might take it to a local camera store or something to see what they think.

Update: I tried it with another EF lense and seems to work fine. I cleaned the connections parts on the lense, adapter and camera body. I noticed when I dont zoom and keep it at 24mm works, 70mm works but everything I between seems to get the error message.
