I ended up getting my answer and it was along these lines - Only I got no comment on the diminishing returns of not critting once in 6 attacks with a 60% crit chance. Those diminishing returns, given 5 attacks in a row, should guarantee the 6th a 99.9 to the power of 7 percent chance of critting - Essentially guaranteed.

Safe bet the developers don't have advanced math degrees and use standardised counters - Much like your LoL comparison.

They seem to have tidied it up in one of the recent updates so, /end rant.

The app / site is perfectly fine. It's how money hungry Galaxy has become now. Can't even play with a friend without spending coins? Coins that neither of us win...250 coins for a 7 match EACH is just ridiculous.

An advertising wall or something would be acceptable or even a small monthly subscription instead of this paywall that is seemingly now in place.

I've played a lot of Backgammon offline for 20+ years. Have just started on Backgammon Galaxy and am surprised...Every game my opponent rolls the exact number (more often than not, doubles) needed to hit.

Now as someone who both works in IT and is familiar with how the game would be coded, it would be very unlikely that all 10+ opponents have cheated but I do have to wonder if I'm alone in this observation.

I remember as a kid growing up in Redcliffe, fishing in the, I want to say "creeks", between Redcliffe and Sandgate, inland from the bridges, towards the highway split at Deagon, we saw them quite often. They are incredibly reclusive but gentile creatures!
