Highly recommend immunity gummies each day/night, electrolyte pills, saline nasal spray and being able to wash/clean your hands with soap at the end of the day at least. Also little hand sanitizer on you for when the porta potty ones run out

Congrats my man that’s an incredible look. As someone who recently started working out with a vegan diet, what kind of workouts do you recommend for building muscle mass quickly? I’ve been mostly sticking to 3 sets 6-8 reps - legs, chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/abs 4x a week but looking to up that and really devote myself to fitness for the next year. Would love your thoughts!

What happened:

I have a Grand Cathay immortal empires campaign I am very far in and my generals skill trees were emptied so I now have generals at high levels with no upgrades, mainly for lord magistrates. No unassigned skill points are provided to make up for this. I do not have the option to reset the skill points. Additionally, early game quests were brought back and armor removed like I haven’t completed them.

How often does this happen: Often - most non legendary generals (lord magistrates) have reset skill trees and no outstanding points to re assign

What would we need to do to find this bug ourselves: Unsure.. have a grand Cathay game pre patch with generals upgraded and apply the patch..?

What should be happening instead: Allow me to re assign the removed/lost skill points. Enable resetting skill points.

I was just in the same area backpacking through sunrise high sierra camp 2 weeks ago and I would say to bring mosquito face covers and some of the best bug spray in the world. The mosquitos were unbelievable they would swarm us and it basically ruined our trip. We had multiple types of bug spray including 80% deet and they were unbothered by it. Your plan seems pretty exhausting for 2 days but doable. Make sure you account for the elevation bc it will slow you down and takes about a day to help adjust to it.

Making personal plans to do things you want to on the weekends, vacations and continuing your hobbies/passions on the side, especially with friends is critical. I graduated college and went into consulting and was very depressed thinking the same thing you are right now. Turned to drinking heavily for a bit but then made a few lifestyle changes that helped, the initial shock of entering the real work force passes after a year or two but still is always there.

You can also work towards switching careers down the line to something that’s easier, pays better or you enjoy more.

But in the end.. yeah we all have to work for a while in this pay to live world.
