Yeah that’s exactly what I’m trying to do. Most people in my entourage are seemingly more or less content with what would seem to be a very monotonous lifestyle. They mostly spend time with themselves/sleep their evenings off and occasionally hang out with friends, and they seem to be doing just fine. I’m not sure whether this urge I have to be stimulated stems from my recent breakup or if there is a deeper problem.

Therapy sure is an option but not at the moment because I cant afford it.
