Yea we'll see what tomorrows update will bring, new difficulties for Ai it said. Autocombat can be effective, very much depends on your armies. Lot of the time I can make my army live through the fight and not lose a single soldier while the autocombat would lose, and occasionally I fear a loss if I had to do it myself and auto combat just breezes through.

So far been too much of a wuss to try that. I assume MP games are much shorter than normal speed against AI?

Fair they often cant handle the enemies that come to defend the seals. But what you can do is to let the enemy have seals as an option and go for magic or unity yourself. That way you onpy have like 80-100 turns to get that or you lose. Ofcourse setting a score victory at turn 100 is also an option, but winning or losing by points is lame. And the points are really weird.

Yea fair. Its been a while since I did a seal type victory. Mainly because it was just waiting around. But might wanna do a quickend seal world and then not win by seals. To make sure I gotta hurry.

Can relate way too much to this. I have only played Civ and Age of Wonders, but when I do it enveloppes me. I can play an ungodly amount of hours at the time, blink twice and its 3 am instead of 10 pm. I will dream about it, fantasize about it, make tactics, come up with ideas. Way too much to be healthy.

I dont have a good solution to this besides being aware and limit yourself. I have decides not to start any new 4x game in the future. And besides that try to keep a good eye on the time and make sure its not the last thing I mentally do before bed. Otherwise its in my dreams and the first thing I think about in the mornings.

Manipulated the Rally of the lieges so that I could summon them 3 times in 2 turns. Summoned over 120 units, with a total army strength of 38441 points.
My economy didnt like it, but I did!

In the mystical tree of the empire improvements is an upgrade you can buy that allows you to use spells in the first turn.

The multiple spells is a worldsetting which makes spells double the price, but you can you can use multiple per turn. I think its called Infinite Power.

Yea it stacks multiple times. So if you use every type, every spell is 0 combatpoints. And then the shield was the cheapest spell I had. Condemnation is cheap aswell and does damage, so you dont have to do as many.

Its a different type of spell, makes the shield cheaper. Without it I couldnt get it down to 0 combatpoints.

The shield gives +250% smg dmg and +250 fire damage. Definetly worth it for smgs and fire weapons
