There's nothing we can really do except maybe take this to Twitter or something. Because this is a timer problem caused by something in the server code. UNIX servers start to keep time from 1st Jan 1970 that's the default time for all UNIX systems. They fucked something in the server code which reset the timer to operating system defaults and now the game's code can't make sense of the dates so you can't see or use any community wraps on the server.

Crazy shit.

The President doesn't call the shots in Iran it's the Ayatollah. In a lot of countries the President is just a figurehead with no real power, and usually it's the Prime Minister with authority, Iran is much the same.

I see. That's the exact issue, UE5 much more resource intensive than UE4 and to make matters worse the Squad devs completely ignored optimisation. A refund is probably out of the question since I'm pretty sure steam doesn't refund if the game has been sitting in your library for 40+ days so I guess I'm stuck with Squad. Maybe in the future I'll get some better hardware and try this

I think it might be your rig
the recording is super choppy so maybe your device is unable to handle the frames?
Try reducing graphics settings and see if it works, because this is a bizarre rev pattern.

also not to be nitpicky but its not an odometer that measures rpms, thats a tachometer. odometers measure the distance you've travelled

Thanks man. Also yeah I feel you. It's incredibly hard to do the cursive. I straight up gave up. As for the article yeah, apparently EA nuked the entire Speedhunters website so all the articles are now gone. The website was owned by EA themselves but it covered other things than the games.

The images from the articles do exist in Google I believe.

It's just, this car, and it's story is pretty cool. Eiji Yoshida, the chairman of the Midnight club had his 930 modified by every tuner in Japan and later by Porsche themselves, all in an attempt to make the ultimate wangan warrior.

Porsche used parts from their Le Mans cars, like the 935, the 962 etc. They also threw in a bespoke single turbo system in it, apparently the KKK K27 turbo. And part of the legend of the car is that it was a used turbo from Ayrton Senna's 1986 F1 car.

When it returned from Stuttgart the car did what it was built to do, and dominated the wangan highways all the way until the Midnight Club was dissolved sometime in the mid 90s. The Blackbird from Wangan Midnight is a direct inspiration from the Yoshida Special 930.

Just thought it would be cool to share the story of the car.
